About Jamie

I know what it feels like to appear successful on the outside but feel stuck and unfulfilled on the inside. I also know what it feels like to work in a toxic environment where leaders don’t see how their behavior affects performance. After years in multiple roles across government offices, including an overseas civilian tour, I experienced firsthand the burnout, pressure, and cultural dysfunction that can weigh down both people and organizations.

I work with leaders who are capable, driven, and tired of navigating unnecessary friction and are ready for a culture shift at work and/or at home.

My specialty is relationship intelligence — helping individuals understand their motivations, behaviors, and impact so leaders and teams can operate with clarity and trust.
