How do I know which package is right for me?
We’ll figure that out together. Book a free Discovery Call and I’ll help you discern the best fit for your current goals and season.
Can I upgrade after I start?
Yes! If you begin with a smaller package and decide you want to go deeper, we can apply your investment toward a longer coaching experience.
Is faith part of the coaching experience?
Yes — if you want it to be. I’m a Christian and I lead with biblical values, but every session is led with respect and grace. If prayer or Scripture is important to you, we’ll incorporate it. If not, you’ll still receive coaching grounded in truth, clarity, and compassion.

Do you work with teams who aren’t Christian or faith-based?
Yes. While I’m rooted in faith, I’ve worked with all kinds of teams — from government agencies to private businesses. Respect, clarity, and growth apply in every context.
How do I know if my team is a good fit for this work?
If you’re navigating conflict, change, burnout, or communication breakdowns — or you want to be proactive in building a healthy culture — this work is for you.
Can I customize a team experience?
Absolutely. Every team is different. We’ll start with a discovery consult, then I’ll build a tailored proposal to meet your goals.

Is this “Christian coaching”?
Yes and no. My work is grounded in Christian values and a biblical worldview, but I don’t preach or push. However, I do coach through the lens of identity, purpose, and transformation and rely heavily on the Holy Spirit. You get to decide how much of your faith you would like to include in your sessions and I will meet you there.
Do you work with people who don’t share your faith?
Yes — all the time. Many team members are curious about faith or simply appreciate the peace and perspective it brings to our sessions. If they value growth, honesty, and emotional clarity, they’ll feel at home. But if you are curious about how to incorporate your Christian faith into your workplace culture, we can certainly work through that as well.
💳 Payments & Logistics
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Most packages include flexible installment options. You’ll see those listed clearly at checkout.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards are accepted via Stripe through a secure checkout system. If your organization needs an invoice or PO, just ask.
What’s your cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. Full terms are outlined in the agreement you’ll receive before we start.
